2026 Budget Hearing and Special Town Meeting of Electors
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the proposed 2026 budget of the Town of Star Prairie will be held at the Town Hall on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. The proposed budget is available for inspection upon request from the Clerk/Treasurer.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2026 budget—which begins at 5:00 p.m. at the Star Prairie Town Hall, 2118 Cook Drive, Somerset—a Special Town Meeting of the Electors, called by the Town Board pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes, will be held for the following purposes:
- To adopt the 2025 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2026 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1) (a) of the Wis. Statutes.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. the Town Board will meet to conduct the November Town Board meeting and consider the adoption of the 2026 Town of Star Prairie budget.
