NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that no earlier than seven days from the date below, nor later than December 31, 2024, the Town Board of the Town of Star Prairie intends to enter into a contract with Kusz Kontracting, LLC to prepare pad and install paver patio at the Town Hall, reseeding after construction for a projected cost of $20,145.00. 

This notice is posted pursuant to Wis. Stat. 60.47(2)(a).
