The St. Croix County Land & Water Conservation (LCD) department is pleased to announce five free well water nitrate screening clinics for 2024. These clinics offer residents the opportunity to have their well water tested for nitrate-nitrogen and provide valuable education on monitoring and protecting their drinking water supply.
The water screening clinics will be occurring on the following dates:
- Earth Fest – UWRF University Center, 501 Wild Rose Ave, River Falls, WI 54002, Saturday, April 20th (12:00 pm – 4:00 pm)
- Agriculture Service & Education Center – 1960 8th Ave, Baldwin, WI 54002, Wednesday, June 12th (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
- Kinnickinnic Townhall – 1271 County Road J, River Falls, WI 54002, Wednesday, July 10th (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
- Glenwood Town Shop – 3099 160th Ave, Glenwood City, WI 54013, Wednesday, Aug 14th (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
- St. Croix County Services Center – 1752 Dorset Lane, New Richmond, WI 54017, Sept 18th (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
