NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK

St. Croix County

Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the Town of Star Prairie assessment roll for the year 2026 assessment will be open for examination on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday, October 14, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Star Prairie Town Hall: 2118 Cook Drive in Somerset, Wis. The assessor shall be available to answer questions. Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and board of review procedures will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
